Abdel Rafai

Abdel has been with DJB Hospitality since 2016, serving first as director of operations and now as vice president of operations. Before joining DJB Hospitality, Abdel was a joint venture partner at Carrabba’s Italian Grill, where he spent fourteen years opening new restaurants, piloting new programs, and preparing staff with the knowledge and tools to provide consistent service to each and every guest. During his 20+ years in the industry, Abdel has cultivated a passion for hospitality and service, derived from his genuine love of people.
