This evening invites guests to experience wine through a different lens–one shaped by precision, legacy, and the pursuit of excellence.

 

Join us for a multi-course dining experience guided by the story, philosophy, and wines of Sky Devil Wines. Founded on a shared passion for entrepreneurship and aviation heritage, Sky Devil Wines reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and respect for tradition–values that resonate from vineyard to glass.

 

Each course of the evening will feature a carefully selected Sky Devil wine paired with chef-driven cuisine designed to enhance balance, structure, and flavor. Together, the pairings highlight how thoughtful winemaking and inspired cooking can work in harmony to elevate the dining experience. Guests will be guided through each wine’s profile, style, and story, offering insight into both the artistry behind the bottle and the intention behind the pairing.

 

The evening will be hosted by Jeff Goldberg, founder of Sky Devil Wines. Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Jeff holds business degrees from Penn State University and The College of William & Mary. Over a 20+ year consulting career–and hundreds of business dinners and events–his appreciation for wine evolved into a passion that led to the founding of Sky Devil Wines in 2017 alongside business partner Matt Vogt.

 

Sky Devil Wines pays tribute to their families’ service as Navy and Marine Corps aviators. The F4U Corsair featured on the label honors Jeff’s grandfather, woh flew the aircraft during his Marine Corps service in the South Pacific during WWII with Squadron VMF-311. This legacy of service and discipline is woven into the identity of the brand and the wines themselves.

 

Outside of Sky Devil Wines, Jeff continues to consult for a national window and door manufacturer and owns Penn Steaks, a Philadelphia cheesesteak shop in State College, PA. He enjoys camping with his wife Jeanine, their golden retriever Beaker, and their three Labradors–Pyrite, Six, and Ferrous.

 

This pairing dinner offers an opportunity to enjoy exceptional wines, inspired cuisine, and the story behind a brand built on heritage, passion, and purpose.
