In this session, guests will be guided through a tasting that spans multiple regions—from the bright, effervescent charm of Emilia-Romagna to the bold, structured reds of Umbria and Puglia. Each wine has been thoughtfully selected to showcase lesser-known grapes and unique expressions, offering insight into how regional influences, climate, and tradition shape their profiles.
