As we gather around the table, we invite you to join us for a thoughtfully curated evening celebrating the rich history, diversity, and craftsmanship of Italy’s vineyards. This exclusive wine pairing dinner will explore the flavors and traditions that have shaped one of the world’s most celebrated wine cultures.

From the sun-soaked hills of Tuscany to the rolling vineyards of Piedmont, the dramatic slopes of Sicily, and the alpine influence of Northern Italy, Italian wine is defined by its deep connection to place. With hundreds of native grape varieties and centuries-old winemaking traditions, each region offers a distinct expression of terroir, climate, and culture—woven together by a shared passion for food, family, and the table.

Italian vineyards are rooted in balance and authenticity, where wines are crafted to complement cuisine and elevate the dining experience. This philosophy is reflected in every glass poured throughout the evening, showcasing the elegance, versatility, and regional character that make Italy a cornerstone of the global wine landscape.

Guests will enjoy six courses of hand-selected Italian wines, each thoughtfully paired with chef-driven creations designed to highlight the harmony between vineyard and kitchen. Guided by expert insights of Connor Murray, WSET III, this immersive dining experience offers an opportunity to sip, savor, and journey through Italy—one region at a time.

Connor Murray is a Richmond native and Clemson University graduate who discovered a passion for wine through a study abroad program in Spain. He has spent over 10 years in the wine industry and holds a WSET III certification with merit. When he’s not swirling wine in a glass, you can find him spending time with his son, wife, and two dogs, or playing a round of golf.
