Join us at our next wine pairing dinner featuring familiar wines of Northern Italy!
Northern Italy is renowned for producing some of the country’s finest and most diverse wines, thanks to its varied climate and rich winemaking traditions. Each key wine region in Northern Italy, such as Veneto, Lombardy, and the region we will be exploring, Alto Adige, is known for its distinct styles. Wines of the Alto Adige region are admired for their balance, purity of fruit, and diverse minerality.
Guest speaker, Jeff Dixon, DipWSET, will guide us through five favored wines of Northern Italy, thoughtfully paired with complementing chef-driven selections. Jeff is recognized as a Certified Wine Educator by the Society of Wine Educators.
