Founded in 1972 by the Wagner family, Caymus Vineyards has remained a family-owned and operated estate located in the heart of Napa Valley. Under the visionary leadership of Chuck Wagner, Caymus quickly gained acclaim for producing rich, fruit-forward Cabernet Sauvignons that embody the depth and power of Napa’s terroir. The winery’s flagship wine, Caymus Special Selection Cabernet Sauvignon, is the only wine ever to be named Wine Spectator’s “Wine of the Year” twice—a testament to its exceptional quality and consistency.

 

What sets Caymus apart is its unwavering commitment to crafting approachable, luxurious wines with bold flavor profiles, lush textures, and perfectly integrated tannins. Throughout the evening, each course will be thoughtfully paired with a selection of Caymus wines—including some rare and limited releases—highlighting the diversity and elegance of this storied producer. Our guest speaker, Ben Jadot, has been in the wine industry since 2013. He is passionate about sharing the stories of the Wagner Family and their legacy.
