We’ll be featuring Blackberry Reserve Oysters from the Little Wicomico Oyster Company—a fourth-generation oyster farm proudly cultivating some of the Chesapeake Bay’s finest shellfish! These jumbo-sized oysters are prized for their deep shells and full, plump meats—a true seasonal delicacy. Watch as our chefs shuck to order, and build your oysters just how you like them—with all the fixings! Enjoy 6, 12 or endless raw oyster options, all of which include a glass of welcome champagne.
