Positions
Server – Provide guests with an exceptional experience, from menu knowledge to timely delivery of food and beverages
Host – Welcome guests into our restaurant, and assist with reservations.
Wine attendant – Delight guests with guided wine tastings, and assist guests with self-serve wine machine
Bartender – Build craft prohibition era cocktails, assuring quality and consistency, and extensive menu knowledge
Kitchen Staff – A variety of food preparation and chef positions including line cook and sushi chef, all of which maintain utmost quality of food preparation and safety
Server Assistant – Assist servers in table maintenance and transport of food and beverages
Dishwasher – Maintenance of dishes and commitment to safety and cleanliness
