Join us for a thoughtfully curated multi-course dining experience featuring a selection of wines that showcase the diverse expressions of the Pacific Northwest’s celebrated wine regions. Throughout the evening, guests will explore what makes this corner of the country so distinctive, from its ideal growing conditions and pioneering winemakers to its commitment to craftsmanship and sustainability.

 

Each course has been expertly paired with wines that complement and elevate chef-driven dishes inspired by the flavors and ingredients of the region. As the evening unfolds, you’ll discover how the Pacific Northwest’s unique landscape influences both the wines in your glass and the food on your plate, creating pairings that are vibrant, balanced, and unforgettable.

Guiding the evening’s discussion is John Turner, WSET II, who has spent 38 years in the wine industry. John began his career in Baltimore’s restaurant scene, where he worked for 15 years, including eight years as the owner of his own restaurant. He later transitioned to the distributor side of the business, spending 20 years in wine distribution and ultimately serving as a Corporate Vice President in Texas, overseeing wine sales across 35 states. Today, John represents Pacific Northwest wines throughout Virginia and West Virginia. He holds both WSET II and RNDC Graduate Level Wine accreditations and brings decades of expertise and passion to the table.
