Join us for a thoughtfully curated multi-course dining experience celebrating the wines of Halleck Vineyards, a Sonoma County producer known for its elegant expressions of Pinot Noir and dedication to terroir-driven craftsmanship. Guests will be guided through the story, philosophy, and profiles of the wines, offering insight into the vineyard’s approach to sustainability, meticulous production, and the distinctive character of its fruit.
Throughout the evening, each course will be paired with a carefully selected Halleck wine, complemented by chef-driven cuisine designed to highlight balance, nuance, and depth of flavor. Together, the pairings will showcase the harmony between refined winemaking and inspired cooking–demonstrating how each element can elevate the other. The result is an immersive dining experience that brings together thoughtful hospitality, exceptional wine, and the pleasure of discovery.
The evening will be hosted by Ross Halleck. Mr. Halleck is the founder and driving force behind Halleck Vineyard. With a background in brand strategy for companies like Apple, HP, and Kendall-Jackson, Ross turned his passion toward winemaking in Sonoma County, planting his first vineyard in 1993. Today, he crafts Halleck Vineyard wines with a focus on expressing the spirit of the land, while also leading the winery’s marketing and hosting tastings at the estate.
