This exclusive event will celebrate the creativity, passion, and unconventional spirit behind one of California's most intriguing wine producers. $125++ per guest.

Founded in 1998 by visionary winemaker Dave Phinney, Orin Swift Cellars is known for pushing the boundaries of traditional winemaking. With a deep respect for terroir and an eye for storytelling, Phinney creates wines that are as complex and expressive as their striking labels. Each bottle reflects a meticulous blending process and a fearless approach to flavor, resulting in wines that are powerful, layered, and unforgettable.

Orin Swift has earned a cult following for iconic wines like The Prisoner (which Phinney originally created), Papillon, and Abstract — wines that seamlessly blend artistry with bold California character. This dinner is a unique opportunity to explore the stories behind these acclaimed wines, expertly paired with a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu designed to complement and elevate every sip.

Our guest speaker, Charlotte Devilliers, WSET III, will guide us through a tasting of six wines, thoughtfully paired with complementing chef-driven selections. Raised in the heart of the French culinary scene through her parents’ acclaimed restaurant in Washington, D.C., Charlotte developed a deep appreciation for wine from a young age. This early immersion sparked a lifelong passion that has shaped her dynamic career across various facets of the wine industry. She is currently pursuing her WSET Diploma, further deepening her expertise.
