Christine O’Flanagan

Christine began her restaurant career in North Carolina in 1999. Quickly developing a passion for wine, she moved to NYC to study more seriously at the International Wine Center in New York, where she earned her Level II and Level III awards with merit from WSET. She also assisted in managing one of the largest single malt scotch collections in the country at Keen’s Steakhouse in NY.
Throughout her career, she has worked with hospitality leaders including Danny Meyers, Will Guidara, and the late George Schwartz.
In her free time, Christine can be found skydiving, hiking in the Blue Ridge mountains with her dog, Pip, and traveling to wine and whiskey destinations around the world.
