Noah’s career in the hospitality industry began in 2017 at the original Sedona Taphouse in Midlothian, Virginia. Starting as a host, he quickly advanced to roles as a server, bartender, and eventually moved into management. Throughout his journey, Noah played a key role in opening several new locations, where he discovered his passion for the industry by training, developing, and supporting new teams.
After a brief hiatus, Noah rekindled his love for hospitality when he joined the team at NAPA Kitchen and Wine. This decision allowed him to fully embrace his passion and pursue a long-term career in the field.
Noah firmly believes that the opportunity to care for guests and make a positive impact on others is what drives his love for hospitality. With aspirations of one day owning his own NAPA Kitchen and Wine, Noah is dedicated to fostering a positive culture, continuously improving himself, and uplifting those around him along the way.
